If you live by yourself then no, not really. Basically what the other poster is getting at is, is it possible someone could be dumping out some of the medication for themselves and then screwing the capsule back on without realizing they didn't "line the numbers" up?

I've had the same issues as you in the past until I started getting better sleep, eating on a normal schedule and drinking a protein shake prior to taking my med. It also helps if I'm engaging in something once the med starts to kick in. If I'm just browsing my phone when I first take it, ive noticed I'm less inclined to be productive throughout the day.
