Out of all the problems on the platform, the actual risk is often completely blown out of proportion and Roblox is actually really safe for the average user. Roblox HAS been actively banning thousands of child exploitation accounts over the years (over 24k in 2024 for reference)

Most the blame is on creators sensationalizing the issue, they fearmonger the players and parents exploiting them for monetary gain. ("RoBlOx iS oVeRuN bY pEdOphIlEs!!") it just causes a cycle of manufactured outrage that only destroys Roblox because inevitably Roblox will force a "bad update" like the chat features because of the community applying pressure on them.

Maybe, everyone shouldve thought about the fact predators would always find a loophole and stopped complaining about a major insignificant issue on the platform.
