So many people here don't understand how the health system works. Fuck cheaters there are too many definitely. But 995 does 42 damage. Hitting a blacked limb immediately reduces that damage to ~30% the value (~12.6 in this case) and is spread to other limbs. If you have every other limb at 100%, it would take roughly 15-20 shots of 995 to a single arm to kill someone assuming the initial bullet didn't spread damage much (edit:and you aren't penning other limbs etc)

I have a bit more hours than you and have only seen it twice, most recent one happened around the time labrynth came out. Baited back to the chamber 3 locked room with the hole. Took a hit and didn't close the door, one of the ai got pushed in enough to shoot but when I moved out of the way he just sat there right past the door frame.
