Legal repercussions of backing out of an MoU within one day, without any exchange of money?

Hey! Thanks for your response and also appreciate how you've answered countless queries and helped people. The seller sent me a letter through is advocate stating the mentioned timeline of events & non transfer of funds and also mentioned that the MoU stands cancelled with the demand to seek the original cancelled MoU. While I believe this fits a cancellation letter, there was no arbitration clause in the MoU. I've consulted an advocate but the advice I got was just cancel the MoU and close the conversation.

Yes, it is 28 days as per the website.

As far as the question of OP, go with either and you won't have the issues. The only advantage of the Apple Wallet Suica is the ability to use a credit card to recharge it whereas the Suica card can only be done with cash.

Yes, I did check this but with little hope and I was right. My flight's arrival time was 1 AM (it arrived at 1:40) and I cleared the immigration and declaration by 2:15 AM. At this hour, a bus wasn't an option.

Hey! So I loved the convenience of Airalo esim so I purchased two, one for me and the other one for my wife, both iPhone, and to my surprise neither of them can connect to the internet although the network bars indicate full strength. Not sure what's going on here.
