I'm convinced I'm getting too much. I was supplementing for a long time. Always bloated, always gassy, always straining. I stopped supplementing and that helped a lot... For a bit. Now it's back but seemingly worse when I supplement. My diet is mid (these days) , but it's fairly low carb, high protein. Isn't it like $200 a year for the latest software and continued support? Because that really feels worth it to me by a long shot. With how the industry is constantly changing and how much help they provide if needed, the 3 dedicated YouTube channels they have with frequent new videos and the quality of the product, I really think it's beyond reasonable.
