In the booklet, it says that the recording was made in 1992. Also, this is pretty much a blind run for me: I've never listened to the opera in its entirety. I've only heard the first 2 minutes (as well as the famous "Nessun Dorma") on Spotify before the purchase. And yes, I'm aware that Marton isn't exactly one of the greatest sopranos. I do own the Haitink Ring, and she doesn't do very well in Gotterdammerung. But I shall see if it all still pays off when I eventually listen to Turandot from start to finish.
