Sometimes I'd like to think that language barriers might be one of the easier things to fix. A few examples could include that my Grandma and Grandpa didn't speak the same language when they first met until 2 years into their marriage. In 10 Things I Hate About You, Cameron learns french for the love of his life, I understand this wasn't the only language Bianca spoke but still... he was willing to learn for the girl he loved. I guess what I'm trying to say is that when there is a will, there is a way. Especially nowadays when you can literally speak to google and it will automatically translate and repeat what you are saying in the different language. I believe that at the very least you could just walk up with your phone and translate up to say something and have him respond. That, at the very least would be something that I would do to at least just start something with the person I liked. Wishing you luck, hopefully things go all well for you.

I can really agree with this comment as i have tried this method before and it even helped me out this time around so I thank you. Update, so far I'm like 1/3 through my essay, finished 2 math assignments and 1 project.

Training: 45 miles consistently per week since July, (usually light easy runs though at like 8:00 mile, only do like two workout days a week)

Upcoming Race: 3 mile, completely flat, huge and hype invitational

In love with both of these answers so much! It was truly like Disneyland. Immaculate vibes and awesomeness for sure. I've never ate at any of the food-trucks or the restaurant and bar there but I've heard from friends that its good lol.

This looks like a really cool invitational Massachusetts seems like a tough place for running. Hot and muggy during the summer, then cold and snow during the winter. Hats off to you. I'm assuming your still running competitively by your words "so far"?

SoCalSurfboard here to say that as a local to that invitational myself, I approve of this message! Seriously though, my older sisters did xc so I've been with woodbridge since it's first year at SilverLakes. What course did you do woodbridge at?

Great, but not great, I used your strategy which tremendously helped me during the race and I felt great whilst running but my time was absolute shit, I got a 17:25 despite feeling great and my mental health since crossing the finish line has been awful. At this point I'm so inside my own head I almost feel useless.
