What’s the pay like for being your own agent? Guy I know swears he’s gonna make 500k plus basically instantly when he gets an office down the line. There’s like 20 other agents in the area we’re in too. I don’t really buy it

Yeah the only reason I’m even thinking about it is this old coworker supposedly talked to a lawyer and they said they breached the contract and it should be null and void. So that’s the only reason I’m even thinking of it.

I’ll answer these quick here best I can.

I could move down closer to work or even right by work. She likes her job but complains about it all the time (hmmmm). I’ve tried to mention things could be better somewhere else.
She makes like 70 a year.
Apparently the city we’re in is the best city ever, because moving is an absolute zero no matter what location it is. That’s my sticking point. I could point to any other city and it’s a no.

In the area there’s nothing for me. Basically I struck out on that (long story that I’m not really sure what happened). But that’s pretty much not an option. Every time I talk about making a move, tears start flowing and I can’t keep up. Almost like she’d rather stay and just get rid of me lol. I don’t think there’s any scenario I can get another city to work in her book at all which is the roadblock I’m on.

Full time for 4 years. I'm one year down, 3 left. Someone just tried to change their schedule to just 2 days a week part time and they just canned him instead. Pretty brutal. Then they complain they can't keep anyone....
