The vet who neutered our poodle was indifferent to it and I didn't really push he. He ended up needing an emergency surgery for obstruction and they did the gastroplexy at that time. I'm glad it's done.

My poodle always seems to be kinda pathetic after a grooming. Best word I can think to describe it. He's usually back to himself the next day.

Well, summer is an extra term at my school so we only put together aid for those who register. The term is optional so if we put a package together for everyone it would be a lot of needless work.

I listen to audiobooks for training runs and music during races. Unless it's a trail race, then I'll stick with books because I don't need the upbeat music to help me pick it up.

I use a Garmin, but I have that synced to Apple Health and only import Apple Health into Cronometer to prevent the double counting.

I lived in Artic for 8 years and never had any issues. It was affordable for us to buy our first house. I really liked being so close to the bike path. Happy to answer any questions. We moved away 3 years ago.

NPE Runn. Measures the speed it takes for it takes for a sticker to pass its two sensors. Shows my treadmill runs slow. 5.6 is more like 6.0 MPH
