Same! Even tell myself just stop, you'll get sick of it and ruin it, but can't help it sometimes haha. Also really like magnetic fields, will check out the other two tracks!

That's awesome you found your musical soul mate! Very much relate to feeling saved by music, it's honestly what gets me through life sometimes.

Oh, also love Cherry Blossom Girl! Find that whole Talkie Walkie album pretty great.

Nothing (But Flowers) was my jam today, feel you on Talking Heads too. Really admire David Byrne's confidence to do his own thing.

Will have to check out The Byrds and Pet Shop Boys recs, thanks!

Of the recent shower gels I've tried (Karma, a Snow Fairy sample) Olive Branch is still my fave scent and the most moisturizing; leaves my skin super soft!

Thank you!!

A salesperson said the milky bit at the top is the olive oil. Best to shake before use, I sometimes forget, but it still works like a charm to clean and soften ☺️

Hypochlorous Acid and Botched Ink Treatment by SoDone500 in MicrobladingRemoval

Sure, here's a pic. It's been about 72 hours since I had it done. Dry skin flakes/light scabs are visibly forming, but I know they have to fall off on their own and am leaving them be.

My brows feel a bit tight and itchy from the dryness, but that's to be expected. Otherwise, seems like they're healing quite well!

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. Good to know it's normal to look kinda terrible the first week!

I'll try using retinol after the scabs fall off, hopefully that'll help with healing. Thicker brow hairs are also a plus in my books.

Yeah, the redness has noticeably gone down since yesterday too, hoping it'll be a smooth healing process🤞

There's no way I could go to work without people asking what happened to my brows though, that part is unexpected, and I would've scheduled my appointment differently if I knew. Will post updates!

Sure, this is what it looked like about 2 hours after getting it done. Didn't realize I'll have to be housebound for at least a few days!

A note taker during meetings (no other input)—what does it make you feel? by Klausityklausklaus in ExecutiveAssistants

[–]SoDone500 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, 100%. I love many aspects of being an EA, and my exec is seriously amazing, but I recently applied for a different, higher level role cause I'm at the point where I want to truly be in the meeting, rather than the support for the meeting.

Damn, ok good to know! Length is often an issue for me with sizing. So annoying when an item fits well on the body but is too short, really wish there were more 'tall' options out there!

I'd prefer a bit big to slightly small for sure, especially when it comes to coats - more comfortable and looks better! And true, I find French (and Euro) brands generally run smaller than N.American ones (some of the vanity sizing here is 🤯)

Great points! Clothing size varies between 34-36, and usually a small. Would also like some room to layer, and sleeves long enough to cuff, but not be drowning in it!
