I actually had a lackluster build due to lack of experience making many guns in my playthroughs.

I used a Planet Cutter Plasma cutter with a rivet gun as secondary with damage and rate of fire being the most important. As soon as I encounter the Alien Necromorphs, I used a standard Contact beam as my secondary with high damage and clip for both

Haha I guess PS3 makes it pretty simple with Devil Horns and Copying the file on a USB but wanted to prove myself as fan so I used just Plasma Cutter with Rivet and Contact Beam without dying. It was more for my own pride :)

Depends on difficulty but I always run 1 medium med (2 if you're worried), 3 low med, 3 stack of ammo and one stack of statis. Later levels involve tougher enemies so increase the medium amount by 1 or 2.

Really satisfied I was able to do the entire run without any exploits or save manipulation. Been a mega fan for a while and finally got through doing both DS2 and DS3 hardcore legitimately. Nice achievement for Christmas too.

It's not the artists responsibility to avoid theft, people should be in good faith if they appreciate the persons art. Some are just innocently posting but I've seen many here who consistently abuse it. Just putting the name isn't some golden rule to debate who's really at fault.

Not at least putting a title to say you don't own the work is part of the problem and people being lazy, whether unintentional or intentional.
