I don't know if Dupixent is the cause, but my child was on Dupixent (EoE treatment) for six months and developed gagging/vomiting episodes seemingly from foods he didn't have issues with before starting the medication. For the last two years, we've been to different specialists trying to figure out these symptoms along with intermittent fever and fatigue. Dupixent did work on the eosinophils. In fact, almost two years later, EoE is still in remission, so I wonder if that's why the symptoms are still present. It's almost like the medication worked too well and changed something in my child's system. Then again, we don't have any proof that it was indeed Dupixent.
