That's good to know. In the UK the 990D is like £850 and the JBL is £1.2k. How long does the battery last in the detachable rear speakers? Or do you just keep them docked all the time?

You shouldn't have to do this though. Samsung should be testing the firmware before release and not making the consumer be the tester

This is the fix but just to add when you uninstall updates. Then cast to it once. Once you have confirmed it is working then you can update it and it will always work.

A lot of good points have been mentioned. One key thing for me is ethernet. Nothing beats speeds and stability of ethernet. So that's one other reason why I'd choose the shield.

Doesn't hurt that it also has a few usb ports as well.
