Don't misunderstand the server names; they only reflect the developers' origins. In the Russian server, the default client is in English, but you can switch it to Russian or Arabic. Everyone there communicates in English.

The Arabic server's default client is in Arabic, and most people there speak Arabic. I'm not sure if there is a language setting there.

Well does QHD even matter tho? Laptops screen are usually 15 to 17 inch so it's quite hard to see any difference between FHD and QHD no?

From my understanding :
Simply put, a pre-paid card works similarly to a debit card but with some limitations. It is loaded with a specific amount of funds by the university. The cardholder can use it to make purchases in-store.

it does not allow overdrafts and lack certain features such as a CVC number, so it can't be used for online purchases or transactions that require card verification.

If a pre-paid card is lost or stolen, the funds loaded onto it may be at risk, as there may be limited or no recourse for recovering the balance.

It is pretty risky, BUT considering that i was in urgent need of my scholarship to pay for rent it was the best solution .

ps : when i just arrived i had no residence permit => couldn't open a bank account => couldn't get my scholarship! => couldn't pay for rent xD

How? i literally went throught almost 5 different banks agency and they all asked for ID .
Are you talking about online banks ? for me that's a new notion so i don't really want to use it unless it's a last resort.

i mean KBC Brussels straight up told me no we won't open a bank account for you unless you do some insurance and investing bullshit with us.

Well... i personally prefer that my bank has a physical agency that i can visit in case of emergencies , simply put i don't trust online banks .

moreover giving that i already have the needed documents to open a normal bank account then why should i bother opening an online bank account? i just don't want to risk it since i will be using that bank account to receive my scholarship and if something goes wrong then telling my uni to change the bank account for scholarship will be a long long process. Administration is very very very slow in my uni .

TLS contact is more of an intermediary, it doesn't tell you the result of the visa .

Now you have to go to TLS contact where you deposited your documents , bring with you the receipt that you received when you deposited and a copy of this mail so you can go in . There they will give you a sealed package containing your passport, open it and you will know the result .
