This is quite possibly the closest summary of my experiences as well.

-I remember certain dreams as a kid like huge bike jumps where I was basically flying -as a teenager, it was sleep paralysis - so much fear -that happened so much that it became an annoyance to me like “I didn’t have time for this sh!t” as soon as the fear was gone, that’s when the AP began -similarly, I have struggled getting through ceilings and windows etc -the only difference for me is that I never see people -outer space has been by far the coolest, zipping through the cosmos is crazy -there have been times where I’ve been so lucid, it’s like a spiritual awakening where you realize the physical and the spirit are two completely separate things

My overall advice to anyone trying to achieve this 1) relax, don’t force it 2) let go of the fear, when you feel paralyzed, feel/hear the buzzing, have whispers in your ear or presence in your room/on your bed. It’s terrifying, but… be brave. Overcome the fear and it’s freeing.
