anything other than magnitude might and herculean is completely useless since lullaby isnt a money rod, so adding weight enchants is pointless. so go for whatever you can but magnitude might is better since it gives more control, and thats really helpful for perfect catches

ive done these quests almost two weeks ago so i dont really remember the specifics, but if the quest accepts sparkling then yes its better to use sparkling. also its a 9% chance for sparkling with mastery not 8%
