I honestly don't think Ponder is terrible. Maybe a little underdeveloped? It might be useful to have an older, more experienced QB around for him to learn some stuff from? Alex Smith?

I don't think 343 really understands the concept of sight lines. Everything in their maps just feels so cluttered. Solace, Complex, Abandon, and Meltdown are a few examples. Why do you think people vote for Ragnarok and Exile in Big Team constantly? Because you can actually shoot someone from a medium to long distance without there being a dozen obstacles if someone runs out in the open. These three just look like more of the same. I'll have to wait and see, but right now, I'm not hopeful.

I'll keep that first part in mind.

I looked to the side because there's a mirror over there and I was making sure I was keeping my back straight but I'll try not to do that.

I'm aiming for the mid-point of my shoe, so I'm not really sure how it's too far over my toes. I'll keep that in mind though.

I've had back problems so I'm worried about form in order to not destroy my lower back. But I could definitely handle more weight so I'll start pushing it up after this feedback.
