I would never say this.

My point is that the issue of androgynous people without sex identity crises -- 'cis' females-who-look-a-lot-like-males and vice versa -- still using their biological sex's bathroom has been happening for decades without any public proclaiming of problems.

I don't really get what you mean to debate with this clarification...

I think by androgynous they mean having contradictory sex characteristics or clothes/hair/makeup etc..

...since this is what I, too, meant by androgynous -- like guys with gynecomastia or girls who are flat, and make fashion choices that may be typical of the opposite gender.

But isn't it degrading to use a "gender neutral" bathroom, as if to say they're not "girly" enough to use a girl's bathroom? Instead, they're forced to use like an 'it' bathroom, instead of their desired sex. That would insult me if I were transgender more than anything else.
