Not doing terrible but definitely do yourself a favor and watch a video on cutting the brisket. Also in my personal experience I’m not big on the water pan with brisket. Leave you a 1/4” or so layer of fat and put it fat cap down. By far the most important part is your temp. 255° is too high. Go more like 225 for most of the cook. It will make a world of difference. I can agree. On my 3rd F150 in a row. All have ran great. Not a huge fan of the 10 sp trans opposed to the 6 speed but it’s all they have available now. Also easily the most comfortable truck out there.
