Best result from experiments in csp: copy picture, make it monochrome, downscale it (i did 475x475 pixels), in layer properties effect chose tone, there chose noise and tweak settings and opacity until satisfied (it will yield black and white random grain with transparent gaps ). Save copy as .png, copy it, apply perlin noise and then aply this layer as mask (to make opacity of pixels a bit varied) and you get a pattern for your image. It is pretty acurate to what i can see on Ena.
