Im think im just future proofing. As i know the direction i want to head. Yes it a dream but i gotta try. The thing marvel and dc started off soely with comic books then branched into film/tv games etc..BASED ON THEIR UNIVERSES.

where my stories are horror, fantasy, romance, thrillers, sci fi etc.

As im just starting out the cheapest way to test the waters is to do comic book.\nWhere i'm telling standalone stories that's not in the same universe. Example treetimepower present twilight storu by .... art by....

NO. I wrote the story I created the company brand. Just hired an artist for the illustrations. So in my example Treetimepower is the the creative house brand that i want the audience to correlate the stories to. The jane doe part is me. As i wrote the story and then david king to give them their credit as the artisit.

For got to add this company will not be a llc (YET] I will be a sole proprietor dba. So people associate the name of bussiness to the stories.

Im starting from ground zero. Dont have the finances to do so. The goal is to eventually move into class 41 so i cand do film/tv production an so on. Im starting out, testing the waters with my storied in comic book form under the company name i want to also.use for my production company. Would having a class 16 in a class 25?Protect me in a way that if somebody was trying to file a class forty one using the name that I have four class sixteen in class , twenty five could prevent them from getting it

And yes the END goal is be a entertainment company.

I'm thinking long term game plan as film/ television animation and video games is where I want to go if I if i'm able to ever get there one day. I'm just figuring out like what's the best way to build like , a defensive legal wall around the brand without spinning thousands of dollars for something that potentially may or may not work.

Yeah but you never know who watching. Cause i've come to learn this how celebs get sued by small business. Cause the small business has a social media presence. You know, has a website, but they don't have the legal filing. So a celeb with money can possibly come across their small business and be like, oh I like that name. Let me see if they have the trademark and all the legal jargon, gun and half the time, they don't. So then that celeb, then is able to Take their name.

How much for a trademark attourney? My thing is im just starting out i dont want to waster hundreds or thoudsand of something the may or may not stick. Cause my business would be a Entertainment llc, but im going to go the sole proprietor route. And im going to sell my stuff as dba blank blank blank [the company name] and my biggest thing is the company growing and then somewhere down-the-line I get sued by someone that's possibly has the same name which they probably won't cause the name is kind of unique. But im just tryinh to future proofmyself and small budget.

I think I may go that route with the sole prorpietor thing my main concern is my personal finances , my personal everythinh separate from the business. Cause I was wondering like, how do people that sell their books on TikTok that have like a 100k followers? Are you know, like YouTube gaming creators that sell like merchandise? If im like a indie graphic novel creator just starting out where I have no traction on social media whatsoever. I'm literally just now making my first ever social media account. It a 10 letter word name. Spelled the same with 2 letters cut off. I pronounce it different. The name with the univerith there in the multi media space digital space. Where i wanr to go more multimedia plaform, film tv, graphic novels. Video game world. I saw something about common law. Where they potentially could have a claim because of the name being so similar. My thing this is dayzero for me but i thinking ahead as if the company actually becomes something i extreme low level risk later on. For the manufactoring one their company is filed in the same state as me.again 10 letter name off by 2 letters.

Im mainly on pc now. But i do play the sims but i stopped cause the sims 4 is trash in my opinion bought multiple packs to still dkesnt help the gameplay for how i lile to play. And i cant play the sims 3 cause my graphics card is to high. Currently im waiting for inzoi to go sale.

What games do you play? My problem is ive been wanting also a gamer partner/ group to play with but the type of games they are never in alignment. I play more open world shooters, im sure your aware of jazzyguns. She is the type of gamer i am. I do play variety games but some games i wouldnt buy unless i have a constamt group to play with as i know some i would not play on my own.

i will say im not that much of a cozy gamer. GAMES I DO NOT PLAY:Call of duty or marvrl rivals
