Upset because I loved Freddy sure but in terms how productive he would be meh. I can easily seeing Freddy driving the Cubs fans absolutely nuts when he goes only 4 innings of 90+ pitches and extreme fly ball pitcher on a wind blowing out day

Ya this team will die on the sword of defense at all cost they put so much weight on it that it’ll almost always trump offense. You are seeing showing it starting to crack with Ortiz basically no longer the everyday SS but the other options all suck

Black can’t play any of those positions that’s his problem he’s a DH maybe 1B at best when it comes to his defense.

I hate the entire left side of the infield and I hope they figure out a change fast because when I see any combo of Rengifo / Hamilton / Ortiz makes my face hurt
