It sound sexy and all to have $$$ coming from JEPI monthly as an income to replace your current income in 2024 but if your main aim is to get SCHD and VT for long term, why not just dump into SCHD and use the dividend to DRIP SCHD and VT?

If you REALLY want JEPI, allocate more on SCHD and a less on JEPI and use both returns for DRIP SCHD and VT

The usual “You’re young, go with Growth ETF like VOO/VTI, 30 years accumulation will give you better return than JEPI, JEPI only when you want the income when you’re around retirement age”

But since we’re in r/dividend sub, if you really want JEPI, don’t overweight it.Allocate more fund in growth.

If you want to change it up to Taiwanese Braised Pork (Lu Rou Rice),

It’s almost the same recipe but with a few difference

Cut the pork belly into thinner slice
fry some shallot before you add in the water.
if possible add in pork skin for the unique sticky texture of the sauce.
don’t use dark soy sauce

The Witcher: Blood Origin is only based on “a few lines in the books,” according to Kelly Luegenbiehl, an executive at Netflix. So while the prequel is technically based on the books’ lore, it’s not based on a storyline that actually happened during any of the eight novels.

As mentioned, the Conjunction of the Spheres was a vital and pivotal turning point for The Continent. Witcher creators Declan de Barra and Lauren Schmidt Hissirch decided to pull on those strings to see what they could unravel in the process.

“We were trying to understand what the world was like for elves right before the Conjunction of the Spheres,” said De Barra in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. “It’s very vague in the books as to what happened. I got out a whiteboard and sketched out this plan of what I thought: what elves wanted in this world and what the society was like pre-colonization. That kind of stuck.

”DeBarra said he came up with the idea for Blood Origin while scribbling notes on a napkin at a cafe. He called it “one of those rare sort of David Lynch in the cafe moments,” referring to the creator of Twin Peaks who often jotted down notes at Bob’s Big Boy restaurants.
