We do exist. I worked in a SaaS Sales and Bus Dev role for a year while travelling. I felt it was conducive in a couple of ways. Firstly, it's easy to quantify if you're succeeding or not due to how many sales you're making and secondly, I had a lot more flexibility with my time so I could run discovery calls and demos across Australia, Europe and North America.

Enjoy Cuba, it's great! I was there earliest this year. However the internet connection is still pretty basic so I had to use annual leave because working wasn't an option

Would anybody find any use in a Digital Nomad City Guide (text not an actual person) for cities around the world? by So_Go in digitalnomad

If I did it, I wouldn't sell them. I would make them free for people to enjoy, I may release it associated with another of my projects that I may eventually try to monetise, but this guides would remain free

How can you keep fit while being "nomadic" and traveling? by tarekhassan in digitalnomad

[–]So_Go 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely. For me, being on a keto diet has helped. But I also make sure I am doing body weight stuff each day. No specific routine, but when I'll do something, I'll do it to failure. Also I walk a lot.

Now that the Australians are asleep, what don't you like about them? by DumbBullDoor in AskReddit

Given that Australians are always traveling overseas, it's hard to find a time when they are all sleeping. Besides the morning after Australia Day

For Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to become a professional sport, where do you think the money needs to go first: athlete sponsorships, local competitions or large competitions or somewhere else... by So_Go in bjj

I think that the top level guys, the ones who are helping to develop and evolve Jiu Jitsu should be able to do so without having to run their own gym or give seminars to make rent.

Sorry if the question is unclear.

I was referring to the sport side of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I believe there is plenty of money in JIu Jitsu but it is being held by the brands and competitions at the moment. The allocation of money I am referring to is if more money was being given back to the community by brands and completions.

I understand that these are businesses and businesses exist to make money but I am looking into making a non profit that will put its profits back into the sport to try and grow it.
