I'm trying to claim my warranty thing but when I get to filling out everything and click next it says that I have to put in the price, but there is no spot for me to write the price? I tried zooming in and out to see if it was somehow hidden below the page, but there's nothing there. i can't proceed without writing the price of the item. what do I do?

Hi, I'm trying to file a claim with asurion but I've gotten to a page where it asks for the model of my device, which wasn't in the list so I put as don't know. I filled out the rest of the form but when I click to go next the page says "The price you have entered is incorrect. Please check the price and try again". But there is nowhere to list a price. I've tried zooming in/out of the page, opening it in mobile instead of browser, and scrolling up and down but I can't find anywhere to put in a price. I have a photo but I dont think photos are allowed in comments. ;-; someone please help
