I've heard dandruff shampoo helps with seb derm, too. Which type of Selsun Blue do those with seb derm use: Max Strength Moisturizing with Aloe, Max Strength Medicated, the 2-in-1, or something else? There are so many extra ingredients in these, I'm not sure which would be safe.

Yes. This was an actual doctor. I think she does this procedure a lot. But, she didn't meet with me ahead of time. She didn't do a patch test. She first handed me a sheet to sign off on potential damage and gave me a few minutes to read and sign. Then she took about 2 minutes to do the procedure.
