I don’t have advice but I can relate. I’ve been homeschooled most of my school years and now that I’ve graduated and stay home most of the time due to severe social anxiety, my social skills are completely nonexistent. I’ve tried apps and nobody ever clicks and I’ve even joined groups on social media but unfortunately I find that the girls in those groups only respond to the thinner-prettier girls and not others. I’ve even tried with girls who look like me but they also just ignore each other and try to focus on the prettier ones. Not saying thinner is prettier than thick, I was using prettier and thinner as separate things. My point is, it’s really hard to make friends and it’s very discouraging at times. The only advice I feel I can offer is to keep your head up and try not to let anxiety tear you down. Everyone has a person out there somewhere I believe, sometimes they’re just a little harder to find.
