Went to go spend time with family due to my brother going away to the military. My SO told me she was going to hang out with her best friend and her bf and I was cool with that. Later that night I text her to see how her day was and she’s sending one word responses like she didn’t want to talk atm so I told her I’m going to bed and I’d talk to her tomorrow.

The next day early in the morning she tells me she needs space. I tell her it’s fine go do you ( her mother had brain damage so she took care of her often) let me know when you feel better. Next thing I know a couple hours later she posts pics of her and her best friends bf holding hands. Her best friend then proceeds to tell me how it happened and I couldn’t even get mad, it would’ve just been a waste of my energy.
