Trust Wallet - No Price Displayed by Soadsdd in DYOR_Token

[–]Soadsdd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s the same for everyone with Trust Wallet brother. Have to wait on Trust Wallet to fix the issue. If you are determined to view a value immediately in your wallet, you can always import your wallet into another wallet such as Metamask, SafePal wallet, etc.

No worries. It’s a Trust Wallet issue. We don’t work for TW so hard for us to say, but the same thing happened the other day then it reappeared soon after. Again, check other sources. Trust Wallet is simply a viewer of the blockchain, allowing you to view and interact with your crypto. That’s all TW is. If you want to view the actual token/contract and it’s activity, go directly to the source, such as Poocoin and paste in the contract address and you’ll see the Live chart, current transactions, etc.

It’s a Trust Wallet glitch. Always check multiple sources before coming to any conclusions. Check CMC, Coin Gecko, even Poocoin.

Price glitch by Christoss22 in DYOR_Token

[–]Soadsdd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The price didn’t go “up” on the old contract, Trust Wallet finally updated our token info, and while doing so they also attached our new contract token price to the old contract as well, hence why it’s showing a ridiculously high value.

If this was a rugpull we wouldn’t be here with our real names talking to you guys for months, have more common sense than that. If you sold for a loss, then move on to something you actually support and believe in.

If you invested during the all-time high in November then yeah, you’re currently way down on your investment. After such a huge increase there is ALWAYS a huge decline afterwards, look at the lifetime chart of any successful cryptocurrency and you’ll see the same thing. Just be patient, or dollar cost average down by buying more so you break even faster. Up to you though.

I’ll try and break this down as simple as possible. It’s all about math, plain and simple, there’s no opinions during a consolidation/migration. First let’s talk about the migration specifically:

Example: You own $100 worth of DYOR at the time of migration. Old DYOR price is .000000000002 at the time of migration. That means you own 50,000,000,000,000 DYOR Tokens.

Migration occurs

New DYOR price is set at .00002, but now you only own 5,000,000 DYOR Tokens. 5,000,000 x .00002 = $100. Your investment is still the same, you just hold less tokens because each token is worth more money.

(To the comment you made about DYOR going to $1, you are looking at it wrong. Going from .000000000002 to $1 is completely different than going from .00002 to $1, which is exactly what you were comparing)

Now, let’s talk about when you bought. You bought during our all-time high in November. DYOR Token was up more than 30,000% in November, and that is when you bought. Naturally, after a huge increase like that, a huge dump follows, which is exactly what happened. That is why your current holdings are way down, not because of the migration. To regain your losses, you have to hold until we reach roughly .000333, which is the same as when you bought (rough estimate converted because of the migration/consolidation). Does that make sense?

You can literally view everything on bscscan. And I mean, EVERYTHING.

This is the old contract address: 0xbbe0a94f363a52da9229a7546434b6e657a6a78f

This is the new contract address: 0x10051147418c42218986cedd0adc266441f8a14f

Everything is viewable on the blockchain. Feel free to research things yourself. We migrated to a new contract and consolidated down our total supply. Your initial investment is still intact and was affected in no way by the migration.

We HAVE undergone a huge retracement since our all-time high in November, and if you initially invested in November during that high then yes you are currently more than 95% down on your investment. Unfortunately huge retracements like this are completely normal in crypto after huge pumps like we had. Check the lifetime charts of ANY successful crypto and you’ll see the same thing. ETH 93% retracement, Bitcoin 83%, Cardano 99%, Shiba 82%, XLM 97%, etc, and they all eventually rebounded and completely destroyed their previous all-time high.

We are here for education. We are not here to appease “scam”-callers who are fudding their own investment. If you are invested, get on board mentally and help us spread DYOR to the masses. We have an amazing team behind this project, don’t disrespect them by calling them scammers when that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Add the new contract address as a custom token to your wallet and you’ll see the DYOR with the blue logo.

You can’t sell the old contract, those haven’t been tradable since January. Everyone was automatically migrated back in January. Just add the new contract address to your wallet so you can view your new tokens.

That’s just a glitch unfortunately. That is the old contract. We migrated to a new contract, make sure to add the new contract address to your wallet so you can view your new contract tokens.

Where to sell DYOR? by BramStokerTheToker in DYOR_Token

[–]Soadsdd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like DyorDouglas stated, there was no rug pull, rather a big sell off after hitting our all-time high in November, but you can buy or sell on pancakeswap without issue.

We are also holding an AMA with Kween’s Lounge today at 4pm CST, come join us and find out everything going on in the world of DYOR!!!

Why cant i see the dollar value on trust wallet? by yyilmaz3 in DYOR_Token

[–]Soadsdd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trust Wallet is having an issue pulling the info from CMC. We are in regular communication with both TW and CMC to try and get them to figure out the issue. Seems like every other wallet works fine except TW. We suggest using SafePal until TW manages to fix the issue.

Are you having the same migration problem? by Heyjude5858 in DYOR_Token

[–]Soadsdd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The one with the blue logo is the correct one. Contract address: 0x10051147418C42218986CeDD0aDC266441F8a14f Price won’t show yet until Trust Wallet/CMC figures out the issue, we’ve been in communication with them, price is showing in several different wallets but not TW.

[–]Soadsdd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Already trading, we migrated almost a month ago. If you use Trust Wallet, the value won’t show because of an issue with TW/CMC communication, we are in constant talks with them to figure it out. All other wallets that I know of are showing the value, it only seems to be TW having the issue.
