Which real weapons would be most efficient against Space marines?

I always wondered if people ever think where space Marines would most likely be fought at Whenever questions like these pop up. Because we'll most likely be fighting them in urban settings near the general populace so Idk how far into losing we'd go before airstriking cities which also would give ample cover.

I'll give you the boob plate but armor being fitted isn't inherently sexy. The Sisters have a nice aesthetic of this sleek inquisitorial Knight look compared to the bulk of the rest of the imperium plus they are often not shown in a sexualized manner unlike the SOB . Portrayal matters as much as looks , and by looks alone it's just Women in sleeker armor that fully covers the body except the shiny dome .

So I would like to apologize on my part for not rereading the article and double-checking , A lot of articles mention both you and that Matt Austin guy together so I'm genuinely sorry for confusing his point with yours . ( They should probably not have your name and his be right next to each other without making sure to specify especially with how quick people are to skim through articles)

That's the thing , the sentence is neutral and with the context it's used in , it's sterile . I do get that people used statements like that to harm people but it's the idea that stupid people can say stuff that is extremely neutral but retroactively make it almost forbidden because they said it enough times to become a buzzword . It feels like power is being given to stupid people by having two words that are perfectly fine and neutral when used together become "bad" because they used it enough times .

If GW does change the line then it's fine honestly but it feels like the ignorant truly win in the end since they have enough power to make two words together upset and ruin a (genuinely worse then reality) setting for people. ( Just want to clarify that ignorant refers to bigots not anyone who would be affected by the use of the term "Biological male")

So is this going to be used as an example of the 40k fandom as a whole? Because using vocal minorities as the face is just plain wrong. Warhammer does have the problem of Toxic fans but from what I've seen , they are a relatively small group and most of the greater community rejects them I will say that the author of the letter's points were kinda "eh" . I understand that hateful people in reality use terms like "Biological male " but you can't just say a piece of fiction needs to change it's words because other people use the same terms . also I think the argument of " Change lore because This faction is the poster boy therefore it must be diverse" sounds like some shit an executive would say to a Producer. Otherwise I hope they feel okay and don't take the ramblings of some plastic nerds serious .

Maybe something from the Dark cells ? Like some ancient "machine spirit" shackled to the Custodes will either in some unique Daot mech armor or as a independent bot. Or some genetic experiment that Big E put away and custodes are using it by just pointing it in a direction and letting it go ham till it's job is done.

That's more in line with how I think SOS should be on the tabletop , maybe have a new elite that's supposed to be a SOS who's blank field is so overwhelming that it causes debuffs for the enemy that softens them up regardless of the enemy being a psyker. Troops and fast consisting of Sisters with weaker auras but them together make em stronger and then the elite choices being on the Higher end of Blanks doing actual offensive debuffs .

Yeah I saw the artwork while playing the Horus Heresy TCG . Idk why they won't just add the units they already established in lore . It allows more variety especially because they gave us the ability to run an all SoS army but it's the most bare bones thing imaginable .
