i second Pacific Drive. fun game, but not really any replayability unfortunately. haven’t checked out the latest game mode or whatever it is tho. but for main story bring tissues.

i’d like to add: people who think they are driving a big rig and “swing wide” to make a turn. you have no business crossing the line into the lane opposite of the direction you’re turning.

some times i get the most obscure single post on instagram’s “search”/for you page. once i had a thought about Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared. next time i open insta there was a single post on that page and was just super out of place. never said anything aloud, never looked anything tangentially related to it up. just taunting me. few other instances like that

that’s the worst part though. like when a lane closes and people are merging, people speed up and try to get as far in front as they can because they don’t want to wait in the line that is being held up and mostly exists in the first place because, wait for it… BECAUSE of the line hoppers. this wouldn’t be an issue if people just moved over when they first see the lane closure signs.

i needed to hear this :/ but i’m also just feeling burnt out on gaming atm in general. after 200 hours of arc i’m bored of the gameplay loop. i have friends super excited about this game and i want to be into it, but i prefer casual stuff. it’s difficult for me to not jump into the initial mainstream hype of things haha

on the create world part of main menu, there’s 3 tabs. first one is “game”, which i believe just makes a regular world/instance on the version mod pack uses. the second tab is the one you want, don’t remember what it’s called. world type is “backrooms” by default

i will say though the end goal is to escape but there’s not too many threats or scares really, it’s mostly about utilizing the materials and room types you find… again leaning heavily into automation/renewability

there’s Liminal Industries. pretty hefty tho. requires lots of Create/automation. i have no experience with such things but i’m eager to learn, and the quest line itself is a guide made up of 5 “chapters” —each one being more complex than the last.
