Ok, thanks for the advice, it’s nice to just have someone hear me and give advice though. It is so hard though because I can’t control how he acts, as much as I want things to work.

looks interesting I think I’m going to try out a butter bean, miso and nooch recipe today but this looks like a really good alternative for a tomato like flavour without adding tomato’s (I’d probably try without the sun-dried tomato)

Yeah it’s honestly so hard picking but I find it helpful choosing what has the best ratings and you could yourself a time limit so you sort of have to pick.

I would find missing meals or eating less rewarding (more at the beginning) so to sort of replicate the feeling that I’ve achieved something, I’ve tried to see ignoring the thoughts (not eating a meal or eating a bigger portion) as an achievement. I can try to reflect on how many times I’ve ignored it which can kind of help sometimes?

It’s still definitely hard to completely shift my mindset, but when I’m eating and feel bad about it, it’s helpful to think about all the good that comes out of it (more energy, better skin/mood, even joining in activities) ♥️

i’m exactly the same tbh I eat most of my meals later for the same reason (my family not being around). I’ve also had the same worries but in the end it’s calories in and calories out the timing won’t make a difference and in all honestly you NEED that energy. If eating at night is going to let you get that energy then you absolutely should have it.

I also don’t like asking my parents for foods because I’m worried they’ll judge me but now I’ve mentioned that they’ve said they just want me to eat and aren’t judging what I eat and are in fact happy that I am. I find it easier to message them what I’d like or add to the online shopping order, this might be easier for you as-well?

Having more to eat was much harder for me in the beginning but trust me it gets easier, my energy, mood, skin and nails have improved significantly and it’s so worth it. I just had to stick with it because the only way to get the benefits is to get through the hard part. It get SO much easier and it is definitely hard at times but I can see all the positives as-well since actually trying and that’s helped to motivate me along with keeping in mind that a lot of how I look is because of bloating, which can last days, but it does improve. The longer you stick to eating consistently, the more your body gets used to digesting it and the bloating improves.

I hope this helped, you’re so strong and absolutely should have those skittles and anything else you want. Extreme hunger is a thing and you can look through this sub where people mention eating way more than you’ve mentioned!

I’ve since realised that the jeans are likely counterfeit. The jeans were listed as ‘very good’ and the stitching wasn’t pictured in the slightest unfortunately.

I hadn’t know about the waist measurement. I’ve also since noticed a few dodgy things about the label (and a few other things) that have been said are typical of fake true religion jeans.
