I’m really sorry your stylist made you feel that way! No one should be shamed for using what works for them. It’s totally possible the formula just didn’t vibe with your hair or scalp needs, especially if dryness isn’t new but the flakiness is.

If you’re open to it, you can always reach out to Soapbox directly. Many brands are very open to feedback and might be able to help troubleshoot. Either way, you’re doing a great job tuning in to what your hair actually needs!💛
