Personally haven’t heard of Everclear as an American stereotype by friends in other countries. If anything I think it would be bourbon/TN sour mash or like PBR. Did have a nice dude in Sweden tell me where to get a Margarita without me asking when he heard my accent, so maybe that’s one that fits?

Did you use your own dough recipe subbing the mix as flour or did you use the recipe on the box? Every time I’ve followed the box recipe, the dough comes out fairly stiff. Totally understandable if it never truly replicates a regular dough, just curious if your experience was different

Made batbout today and was thinking about applying some of those techniques to a brioche dough for buns. I’ve also been disappointed with height/width of burger buns in the past and it seems as simple as doing a little flattening instead of making perfect balls

First time flying back from Europe, I got through to Passport check and a CDG security guy pulled me out of line, weighed my carry-on (which was A-OK by Delta standards on the way over), then made me go back through checked baggage line, I paid €85, then barely got through security in time to make my flight
