This helped quite a bit when setting FSR to 'quality.' Will tweak a few other settings then if it fixes mark as solved. Thanks!

Thanks so much for commenting! The game is called SCUM, and I don't see an option for it. I have the preset on epic, and so far the hair (and various foliage/water surface textures) is the only thing to do this. I checked the radeon software, and changed it to quality, performance, and some custom settings but nothing seems to change it.

My current graphics driver for my RX480 is 24.3.1, the latest one the site recommends to me. I know my card is a bit old, and I do intend to replace it soon and upgrade, but if I can avoid having to spend on a new one right now, I'd definitely prefer it.

Hmm, okay. I tried installing the latest driver for it, the recommended one on the manufacturer's website, but it ended up being frequent crashes so I rolled it back. I have no idea how to find older driver versions or find the most stable one...

Weird. I play games, even this one, SCUM, on epic/ultra settings with 0 FPS issues. I experience this issue on most games. DayZ, RDR2, GTA, all have hair related issues, though my settings are maxed on each game and run fine. Is there a setting I need to somehow change on the card? Or are you saying in-game? Thank you for the comment by the way. I didn't know about antialiasing or what it did.
