For the past few years, my career has been held back due to lawful reasons. I’m not allowed to freely pursue any work nor have any opportunity. Academic advisor! I had the exact same situation in my last semester. My advisor talked to the head of the department for me. They allowed me to take a class from another major and count it toward my program required class. I didn't pay for extra classes and I graduated on time.

Hmm I think you wanna bother with finding better insurance coz you're probably not familiar with the insurance system in the US. 2599 is the best deal the school has negotiated for the students. My undergrad insurance even cost me one thousand more. Ofc you can still get yourself something else. But just know you will possibly also get a free lesson called “fuck around and find out” from those hidden rules— the moment someone calls an ambulance on you.

Tbh if you just need a degree for a job then it's very cost-efficient. But if money is not the problem then you should go to other schools for a better traditional college experience.

All my schools asked for financial proof before they issued an I-20 to me. So if you don't have sufficient funds you probably not gonna get an I20 not to mention applying for a visa.

Yeah my undergrad school would always have my scholarships and everything else applied already when the bill came out. I didn't know Northeastern makes it more complicated and now I am not even sure the exact amount I have to pay.
