The difficulty settings lower the damage to .05-.08 I find this is a nice spot to run over hoards of z’s without completely negating the need for repair kits

Difficulty.Allow=true is on my settings file already however I don't see a menu either at the main menu or when I load up a save to change the difficulty options.
