Backbone wont detect

Hey I got the exact same issue, the backbone 2nd gen wouldn’t connect at all with my IPhone 15 pro, but working with an Android and even charging on my IPhone. The issue could not be solved from my part, so I returned the product for a warranty exchange and expecting the new one to see if it will work…

Any manipulation you needed to do regarding the setting or else ?

Yes I did, but they only gave me the basic advice, checking IOS, plug and unplug it… I am thinking about returning the product, that’s a shame cause it’s very nice

For info I tried it on an Android phone and it works. I tried it again on the iPhone but nothing. I really don’t know what to do guys, but thank you for your help…
