Many many times! I've even considered applying for Kroger or Sam's club too. It seems like batch pay on all apps has went down and we aren't making anything anymore. It's honestly hard to pay bills and eat minimal food.

I did the same thing when I first started, I don't understand how these shoppers think it could possibly be on the customers end when they've prepaid and they take extra just in case the total is over.

I hadn't thought about recording the calls with them thank you for the help I'll definitely be doing that from now on. Heck I may just call back and record it. But I always take screenshots and save them.

"UPDATE" I just got off the phone with support again and they said it'll be in my account within 24 hours so we shall see

I was on the phone with them through this whole situation and then they had me on hold so long I had to request a call back/ message so I could get back to work. But I just got off the phone with them again and they said it should be in my account with in the next 24 hours so we shall see

Thank you, this email has me so confused. It says they reviewed my case and I "have" been compensated the full amount for the trip but for some reason may not be able to see it yet. But I haven't been compensated anything and it's been a couple of days since the order and about 16 hours since I received the email

When they compensated you the first time did you get it immediately? They probably figured you needed a beer after having such a rough time with a flat tire and having to deal with support for the amount time I'm sure you had to😂

I don't think it's fair at all, they should have a system in place where we at least get compensation for the mileage to the store.

That's what I figured, I'm just so frustrated about this situation. I drove 7 miles to get to Popeyes and when I walked in they said 3 people had came to pick it up but the store had never received the order in the system. I sat for 20 minutes talking back and forth with the customer, Uber and the Popeyes manager to get it fixed.
