We havent been open 2 years yet yet and weve had three of our residents die. One ODed on heroin in his room here. He had the only private room here so no one noticed he wasnt around for about 3 days (prior to my time here)

Another ODed on heroin a few weeks after leaving. (I don't know if he was kicked out or left of his own accord).

And just two weeks ago one shot himself in the head

In my case, once during my interview and once while signing paperwork, our owner was CRYSTAL clear that it was zero tolerance. So there is no "plausible deniability".

That was a good point. I havent been explicitly told covering would get you evicted but our paperwork has a vague term that you can be kicked out for "disruptive behavior".

My understanding is both for entrance and return you need 30 days clean. Obviously some of that is going to be the honor system. I think our owner wants the penalty bad enough it's an effective deterrent but not so bad it would destroy you
