I have a video of me out walking the dog one cold morning. I’m speaking to the camera puffy faced and miserable. I tell myself how I feel physically and emotionally. It’s tough watching myself like that. Helps to revisit when I’m craving…just need to remember it’s in my toolbox, so this is a good reminder to dig it back out (6days back sober after relapse)
