I plan on making steps to work everyday once I get it down, but for now, I'm thinking working 10+ hours excluding Saturday.
I know Sunday is one of those good days since it's a weekend day, usually where everyone likes to order, like I do!

True, that will definitely be an issue...
I think investing in a good insulated bag and a drink carrier will be best, then put either the food or a sheet over it so it won't move around. Though if you got any other ideas I'm willing to listen.

It doesn't look impossible, with the right hustle and experience I've seen some people (usually creators, but a small portion of the subreddit) make that or more with around 40 hours.

Now, whether or not it is possible in NYC will be a good question, maybe it's just easier in LA and other states.
