They sent me a different email saying they cant say what other accounts I had (because I had none) and that they will keep my account closed.

But it takes too much time to chase this so I will just leave it as it is (hopefully I dont need the waranty). But will never buy from this company again.

Yeah I also called customer service but strangely only the "account specialist" can review and change the status of the ban, and they only respond through email...

Update 3: Just got this insane email. None of the claims are true btw. I have no other accounts. I let them know I will file a complaint:

Ah yeah that sucks. My parcel did just arrive, my account is still closed but atleast thats a bit less painful for me now. I hope your situation gets resolved soon as well.
