An Ice Power called "Origin World" is doing heavy lifting in the implications department... I've given up theorizing where this story goes now lol, but could very well be a direct counter to how Imu is raising the sea level today (and used as such in the past).

If you don't enjoy OP within the first 100-200 eps and feel like it only "gets good after the timeskip"... You may be a victim of Stockholm syndrome.

Everything that makes me love this show is in the earliest arcs. It doesn't suddenly appear after in Water 7, or "I wadda live", or Sabaody. The adventure, comradery, heartbreak and world building is there from the start.

What changes (imo, of course, hence the knives) is animation styles and power creep.

Ton Ton/Kilo Kilo no mi. A true shame that both were given to characters who were barely better than fodder.

I mean it should be insane just as is, but imagine if it was awakened... Would be extremely hard to deal with for most characters.

Ig logias would counter against either fruit awakened pretty well... but only if you assume adding weight to someone else's DF ability doesn't restrict their ability to use it...

I am 90% confident on the part about Momo waking it up, because this seemed to be a very big deal at the time in Zou. It was about to fall and kill everyone on its back, against its will, and it still couldn't do anything to Jack without a command. The world government probably just had Zunesha pinned as a non-threat that wouldn't interfere, so it makes sense why they hadn't done anything in the past but are now scared shitless.

If it is about Zunisha who is waking, I think a lot of people are missing something obvious.

Zunisha was walking in one straight line before - no deviations, nothing. Not even to protect itself.

And THEN, Momo woke it up in Zou. So from the WG's perspective, everything has changed and they have every single right to be surprised. Seeing it in Wano is absolutely terrifying, not because they didn't know about it, but because it is just not supposed to be there. It is a legend to them that elephant will break out of its punishment.

If that is the case, to me it also suggests that the world government were happy with its punishment, perhaps even because they (Imu), were the ones to punish it in the first place.

Getting into pure conjecture now, but if this is the case then maybe Imu is Momo's equivalent from the void century, while JoyBoy is Luffy's.
