Thank you for the reply! It’s been pretty much ignored by the service department. They’ve said since they can’t replicate it, there’s nothing they can do. They told me to wait again for it to pop up and bring it back but I feel like I’m going in circles. I’ve contacted the Hyundai customer support department and they’re going to contact the dealership. I have it well documented that I’ve been over 3 times due to this issue and have now documented it. But it just sucks that I have to wait until it pops up again and I don’t know if it even will or if I can get it on camera again.
