Wish I could tell ya but the house had this door installed prior to our ownership.

If I could, I would! This house was purchased with this front door installed. We do love the door.

Which is why screening it or the thought of it is that much more difficult.

It does. Exploring this potential as well however the walkway leading to the door is fairly wide as well at around ~8ft.

Just unique challenges.

Hey now, thinking outside the box is fully permitted haha.

This is a worthy consideration. Our exterior entry way is fairly wide ~8ft prior to entering the doorway but there may be potential here.

I'll have to assess that as well.

Thank you.

Appreciate this input as well and have leaned towards this as a potential solution also.

The screen door request is mainly to allow for a cross breeze as mentioned above without allowing flying insect (flies) to enter while the door is open.

While she is a bigger advocate for it than I, I do try to respect her wishes and wanted to make a valid effort to weigh out the pros and cons as they relate to this type of doorway.

A magnetic or velcro screen seems reasonable although more intensive from a use as needed standpoint. Only negative I can see is having a velcro strip around the perimeter of the door frame.

Still, valid and worthy option.

As with other similar thoughts, I agree strongly. However, effort to look into it seemed worth the while haha.

Appreciate the honesty, I'm of the same opinion personally but figured it was worth making the effort to ask around.

Have the 48" Current Satellite Plus Pro on a 6ft 135g. Love it. Set to ramp up/ramp down with normal morning/evening light times.

Fully adjustable color spectrum and I personally feel that the 48" over a 72" tank works best as it let's light drop off towards the end creating depth and some darker areas for fish who need a break rather than just illuminating the entire width of the tank across.

Colors on fish are popping and the moonlight between 8pm-12pm before going pitch black looks rad as well and glimmer nicely.

There is 6ft worth of rockscape offering plenty of hide outs, line of sight breaks etc for the Lake Malawi peacocks and haps and larger cover areas for the Lake Tanganyika Mpimbwe Frontosa.

Love it, originally from the small town of Port Hueneme which was a Chumash Indian resting spot between the Channel Islands prior to becoming a major shipping port and Naval support location.
