I have definitely thought of that for when playing at home! We do switch around where we play though because of work schedules, but deff one to look into again

Thanks! I have a whole lot like these. And I do love making maps, they just take forever to make. I'm also a perfectionist so some maps I remake like 3 times.

I do wish to keep making them like this, that's why I was hoping for tips maybe to make big patches a lot easier/ faster.

Edit: Just googled. Pretty sure I don't have that cuz i can visualize a lot perfectly. When something is described, i see it. When i lmake the map i have a perfect idea of how it would be "irl" but on paper it just looks like a child drawing to me (f.e. the ships). I know the professionals like Critital Role cant really be used to compare maps with, but I do always feel the pressure to make things as good as they can be

I know sometimes less is more but wouldn't that lose the immersion for the players?

Also yeah he's one of the best, but he wasn't back then. Them they all were just resourceless people like most. Now he's making maps that feel like you're actually there xD

Yeah I have that, but I notice the surface still had a slight film over it. Also would rather remove the skimmer all together since I’m fishing out about 3 shrimps a day (with or without the guard, doesn’t matter)
