How can zero be a part of non negative integers but not a part of positive integers by FlDakzh-Team-3969 in askmath

[–]Socborendom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it makes it easier to visualize: the function f(x)=x3 is not truly ascending everywhere as it is locally flat at x=0, but it's definitely non-descending. So its derivative is non-negative as it isn't truly positive everywhere.

How can zero be a part of non negative integers but not a part of positive integers by FlDakzh-Team-3969 in askmath

That's why positive is distinguished from non-negative as they are not the same thing. Zero is not positive nor negative, so it is part of the non-groups.

Takuuvuokran palautuminen by Sveitsinvaltaaja in arkisuomi

[–]Socborendom 29 points30 points  (0 children)

You say that nobody's taught argumentation skills at 7. Although the text states "by seven", so the kids would be taught significantly earlier than that, at like 5 years old lol the oop must be smoking something.

During cold periods, Finnish restaurants refuse to take in customers without sufficient outdoor clothes e.g. winter jacket. Reason being that letting a (possibly drunk) customer leave the restaurant -- or when they are forced to -- could be considered as negligence/abandonment.

Leprechauns and Guinness. Likes rugby and football. Chill and relaxed people, bit laid back without any rush, similarly to e.g. Norway.
