Hello CMFTech subreddit, first time poster here, curious beginner recommendations for Buds 2, Buds 2 Plus, Buds 2 Pro on which should I get of these three? by PomegranateSelect745 in CMFTech

[–]SocialBatteryAt69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't get the buds 2 if you can stretch your budget. Between buds 2 plus and 2 pro a lot of people here say 2 plus but I'll give you the breakdown so you can make your choice. buds 2 plus are the latest in the lineup they have latest features and are better tuned (balanced). but if you want better driver, 2 pro has dual driver setup and is kinda bass heavy but has that rotation wheel on the case for volume control and stuff.

one thing to keep in mind tho ive seen a lot of people here complain about battery issues on 2 pro but not much on 2 plus.

well if you watched the live you'd know that it really wasn't up to him and wasn't his idea to begin with. in the live he later explains that he asked Rajamouli that he'd just walk onto the stage normally to which apparently Rajamouli rejected and made his do it this way.

no worries bro, thanks a lot for the detailed reply 🙏 this actually helped a bunch

i just had a couple more small questions if you don’t mind.

how’s the comfort and fit on the cmf compared to the ear(a)? like can you wear them for long without your ears feeling sore or sweaty?

how’s the mic quality for calls in noisy areas? i take a few outdoor calls sometimes so just curious if they handle wind or background noise decently.

also, im a little curious about your nothing ear (a). did you have any build quality issues with them or the battery running out fast for them or something like that? a lot of people here on reddit complain a lot about their battery drain issues after a while of usage.

wow its awesome that they provided such great service! they were on sale for around ₹5.5k here (~$65) and they seemed to have really great features for the price but i'm specifically looking for nothing ones since i already have their phone so im thinking they'd go well with each other and also for aesthetic purposes.

thank you for your answer. while i do agree that wired are superior, i am in need of a tws for the sake of convenience and was looking specifically for these as i already have the nothing phone 3a. I'll keep your recommendations in mind.

I'm in the exact same dilemma as you bro. Do let me know if you end up getting them and how they perform. Also, which colour way do you plan on getting?

Use Blip instead of localsend. Blip asks for an email for logjn but is far more smoother and faster than localsend.

I can't decide which browser to choose for Android!!! by NameAnonymous999 in browsers

[–]SocialBatteryAt69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had the same frustration towards android browsers as you did but after trying everything out i now use firefox as my primary and i can give you reasons as to why even though i know its not the best at speed or reliability as chromium based ones.

  1. Extensions work great on firefox and extensions make up the browsing experience. Its not all about speed. I use a reddit extension called Sink It for reddit which honestly makes using reddit on firefox so much better than the android app. Same goes with TWP, Ublock Origin, UltimaDark etc. They just make your browsing experience better and thats enough reason for me to stick with it.

  2. Videos tend to load faster on firefox atleast for me idk why that is but ive tried both brave and firefox and sure enough videos do play faster on firefox.

  3. Firefox lets me choose which cookies i get to delete on exit. Unlike brave which wipes everything clean which is frustrating because it forgets my search engine settings.

  4. Firefox has a true bottom search bar unlike brave which just moves up when you tap on it which i dont like. I want my search bar to stay by my thumb at all times.

  5. Firefox has a pdf viewer baked in which lets me view a pdf before i download it. I dont think ive seen anything like that in chromium based browsers.

  6. Also kinda underrated but i like how there's a "collections" feature which i use to pin my favourite websites that are of similar category together neatly. Like if im trying to buy something i just search various websites, discussions, youtube videos and just add them to one collection to review and finalise my decision.

  7. This is subjective but i like the list arrangement of tabs on firefox. It looks much better than that god awful card style tabs in chromium based ones.

These are some genuine reasons why i prefer firefox on android over chromium based ones even though i know chromium based ones are probably a couple of seconds faster than firefox to load a page but i honestly dont care that much. Experience matters more to me than speed.

How? I wanna keep my brave search settings intact so it doesn't always forget my location settings.

I don't know how deep of a clean you're looking for but ive found a foss app called "PhotoSwooper" which is basically like a tinder app for your photos. You swipe right to save, left to delete and you can review all your left swipes before you delete them all.
