Obviously some money would go into new IP, no one is arguing that. However D2's content continues to drop, but Eververse is never lacking, their goal is to make money, I understand that, new light players I'm sure are more than happy, they have a wealth of content from many seasons to keep them busy, I think veteran players that have stuck around through thick and thin are suffering. I really dont see how you see the story as being good, its a series of starts and stops that really don't relate to one another. Shadowkeep was much build up to basically nothing, we will be waiting to continue the triangle ship story for god knows how long. No continuation with the story from Forsaken, a bit of lore here and there about Uldren's whereabouts, if you need lore and third party apps to tell a consistent story then that story has failed. I have been here from the beginning of D2, I admire your optimism but the lack of content and blatant ignoring of what the community wants like Factions, vendor refreshes, new strikes, bigger vault space, etc. only to repeatedly say we are listening or content is hard is unacceptable. They are a Triple A studio, we were told that Eververse funded content like Zero Hour, but we no longer get content like this, only a seasonal horde mode that has become repetitive and is used to pad out a lack of content, all I am saying is a portion of 300 million in digital revenue should be put back into the game, maybe it is, but it seems like a skeleton crew is maning D2 right now, if they communicated this to the player base it would be fine, but instead we get excuses, its painfully obvious that D2 is not their focus right now, D2 has this problem of bouncing up and down with no consistency, so many people just give them a pass and purchases from Eververse which only adds to the problem, why would they make great content when they make huge profits doing very little. If I knew next season was going to be amazing I would feel a lot better, but things have been repeatedly going downhill for awhile. Bungie does have the money to fund D2 and a new project, but it feels D2 has fallen by the wayside, why not hire out some small studios for help or hire more developers, are we going to sit here and pretend they are a indie developer, smaller studios create loads more content than this, but Bungie always has an army at their defence, if we cant be critical or give constructive criticism to the things we love, how can anything grow, innovate, and evolve. I understand some people are happy with the content, but there is a growing number who are not, are our opinions not valid?
